TRAINING PARTNERSHIP OPTIONS
A La Carte Training
Through consultation and assessment, WNY People Development works with clients to identify development needs to support growth in specific areas (i.e. conflict resolution, executive presence, providing feedback); training is charged at an hourly rate. Due to nature of content and technology accessibility, some sessions have participation caps to create optimal learning environments.
Rates include all training materials and handouts; travel up to 60 miles roundtrip from Wilmington, North Carolina included. Client invoiced for mileage, airfare, hotel, and meal costs associated with travel over 60 miles for WNY People Development team.
Service Contract Agreement
Through consultation and assessment, WNY People Development works with clients to identify overall organizational development needs. We adapt and build training and coaching services utilizing multi-tiered training and events over the course of a contracted timeframe (i.e. 3, 6, or 12 months); service payments made monthly.

COACHING
Individualized coaching provided for emerging leaders, review success, challenges, goal setting, and personal expectations. Each one-hour session provides a safe space for leaders to be vulnerable, reflective and creates opportunity to partake in honest conversation regarding performance and growth.
